Admissions Process

  • Review and Pray

We believe your child’s educational journey is a gift and where they attend school should be a prayerful, family decision. Review the CCA Handbook, financial information, and application. Discuss and pray about the decision as a family. See how God is central to it all.

  • Attend a Open House or Schedule a Tour

Come experience Cloverhill Christian Academy in person.

  • Prepare for Application

a. Gather Birth certificate.

b. Gather Virginia School Entrance Health Form

c. Review Tuition Rates and Fees 

d. Review Academic calendar 

  • Complete Online Application & Upload Documents

  • Apply & pay the application fee 

  • Complete student checklist

  • Upload required documents. 

  • Sign the required forms.

12-24 months

  • Receive Decision

Enrollment is based on space available. Students are enrolled based on their application submission timestamp.

PK3-PK4

  • Mini Admissions Day

Parents will connect with administrators and each other while prospective students participate in engaging and hands-on activities. Our faculty and staff will have the chance to engage with each child in a classroom setting and assess their program readiness. Parents will be provided a glows & grows report after the event.

Kindergarten & Up

  • Family Connect & Academic Assessment

The family Connect and student assessment is required for all kindergarten and higher grade levels.

Waitlist

Space at CCA is thoughtfully limited due to our commitment to maintaining smaller classroom sizes. With a large number of prospective students each year, the number of applicants often exceeds the number of seats available in a designated grade level.
