  • 2024-2025 Academic Calendar

  • Students who have allergies, medical conditions, or require medication during school hours may need additional forms submitted to the clinic. All medications must be brought to school by parent/guardian and checked into the clinic. Please do not send medication in your child's backpack.

  • We know that packing lunch can be a hassle so we have partnered with My Hot Lunch Box and Papa John's Pizza.

    Lower School students in grades PK3, PK4, and Elementary can order from these programs.

Arrival/Departure of Early Learning + Extended Care Students

  • Arrival | 7:00AM-8:45AM

    Pickup | Most families pickup between 3:00PM-5:00PM. CCA Early Learning closes at 5:00PM.

  • Yes! Our Early Learning program is housed in the Upper Level of the building and parents are permitted to walk their 12-24mth and 2yr old students to their classrooms.

    Parents are not permitted:

    • to exit from any other doors than the main entrance

    • in the Lower Level or Elementary wing during high-traffic times

Arrival/Departure of Lower School (PK3, PK4, and Elementary) Students

  • Lower School Students will be dropped off and picked up via carline each day.

    AM Carline | 8:00AM-8:20AM.

    PM Caline | 3:00PM-3:20PM.

  • Students in our Lower School program are not permitted to be walked to class by a parent for drop off/pick up. This is to ensure traffic in our building is at a minimum during campus high-traffic times. A designated staff member will assist with ensuring students reach their destination.

  • Lower School siblings can be dropped off in one carline. A designated staff member will assist them with getting to class. Please email the Lower School admin team to make arrangements for your family.

Attendance | If a student is absent, plans to arrive late, or be picked up early, a parent must submit this information via the School Pass App. This allows our administration and teaching staff to be aware of all changes and increases our students' safety and campus security.

Carline/Activity Changes | Parents are the only approved drivers who are integrated into our School Pass system. Parents must add approved drivers to pick up students from the carline.

Adding a carpool option (adding an approved driver who is already a current CCA family) If the “Smith Family” would like to approve the “Jones Family” to pick up their student, parents can submit a carpool change: click here!

Emergency communication + school closures| In case of an emergency on campus, we desire to provide clear instructions and updates to our families internally. Administration will provide emergency information through this system, as student safety is the teachers' priority, and they are often unable to provide updates immediately. In case of inclement weather, CCA will notify families via School Pass of closure information before other methods of communication (teacher message or social media).

 We highly recommend enabling ALL notifications (including SMS TEXT notifications), as any emergency or school closure communication will be shared via School Pass first.

Occasionally, CCA will send test notifications and emails of this system. Please reach out to the administration if you are not receiving these test notices.
