Frequently Asked Questions
General FAQ —
How do you partner with parents?
Education is a service-based industry. At CCA, we have taken the concept of customer service a step further, by developing what we call Parents as Partners. The founding belief of Parents as Partners is the fact that, in early childhood, our service is solely focused on children and their families, and is far more critical than other services that may deal with inanimate objects or less significant issues. We must constantly be aware of the fact that the children are our clients and their parents are our customers.
Parents as Partners involves empathetic listening, individual nurturing and focused concern, extended from our staff to the children and families that attend our school. By emphasizing Parents as Partners on a daily basis, and going “above and beyond,” it will build strong and trustful relationships with the families at our school. This value has and will continue to enhance our reputation in the community.

Early Learning
12-24 months: 1 teacher for every 4 students
Twos: 1 teacher for every 8 students
Lower School
PK3: 1 teacher for every 10 students
PK4: 1 teacher for every 10 students
Elementary: we strive for smaller class sizes
Are Diapers and Wipes included in tuition?
No, our families provide these as needed for their student.
What is your toilet training policy?
Cloverhill Christian Academy does not provide a diapering area for children who are not fully potty trained with the exception of our 2.5 - year old program and younger. We understand that children may have an occasional accident. Specifically, independent and proper potty training objectives are a part of the 2.5 and PK3 curriculums. There will be scheduled bathroom breaks for all classes during the day. However, we do not allow children to wear diapers or pull-ups in our PK3 and PK4 classrooms. Please make sure your child has gone to the bathroom before the beginning of each school day.
