Cloverhill Christian Academy’s small class sizes, challenging and engaging curriculum, and top-notch faculty and staff require a significant financial investment from our families. We honor the sacrifices many families make to ensure their children’s education is a priority. And we never stop working to make Cloverhill Christian Academy as affordable as possible. Our tuition rates for our Bailey Bridge Campus the 2025-2026 will be shared with you when you schedule a visit.     Award Amounts

    Awards range from 5%-75% of the total tuition obligation for the coming school year.

    Childrens Tuition Fund

    Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA):

    • Used for Before/After School Expenses and Summer Camps

    • Both parents working

    • Contribute up to $5,000 per year.

    • Average 30% savings on federal, state and FICA taxes.

    Health Savings Accounts (HSA):

    • IEP, 504 Plans, Medical Diagnosis

    • 2024 Contributions - $4,150/$8,300 per year contributed.

    • Average 30% savings on federal, state and FICA taxes.

    529 College Savings

    • Anyone can contribute – you, aunt, uncle, grandparents. No income limits.

    • Use 10k per tax year, per child for private school education.

    • VA State Tax deduction for contributions up to 4k per tax year per child.

    • Contribute up to 15k per year per person 30k per year married couple per child. Growth is TAX FREE.

  • Blackbaud Tuition Management is a third-party company Cloverhill Christian Academy uses as its online tuition and billing platform across all grade levels. CCA also uses Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to determine eligibility for need-based financial assistance (available for kindergarten and higher grades).

  • CCA offers families two payments plans:

    Pay in full by August 5th and receive a 5% discount on tuition.

    Pay monthly tuition payments in 10-installments from August-May. Tuition is due on the 5th of every month.

  • 12moths-K4

    Early Learning-K4 programs require a 30-day withdrawal notice. There is no refund or proration of tuition for prior months.

    The last day to withdraw before a new school year begins is July 5th. Students who withdraw after this date will be responsible for the August tuition payment.

    Kindergarten & Up

    There is no tuition refund or prorated credits for students enrolled in kindergarten and higher grades who withdraw or are dismissed. Once the student contract is signed, the parent/legal guardian is obligated to pay tuition in full for the 1st semester, regardless of whether the child attends or finishes the semester. One day of attendance in January obligates the parent/legal guardian to pay in full for the 2nd semester. CCA requires these amounts to prepare for each semester.
